Meet The Killers
LA weekly project for the article "Meet the Killers". An article focusing on the metamorphoses of Los Angeles as a nothing town, to the most corrupt hot spot until the town settled on it's current state.
This design was for the cover and a spot illustration. I placed heavy focus on police compliance during the time of prohibition while taking inspiration from colloquial speech during that time such as the phrase "ham sandwich". Below you can view my process for this project.
